What devices are supported?
OPTIC is built for iPhone, with a companion app for Apple Watch. Your iPhone camera handles AR form tracking, and your Apple Watch confirms reps and range of motion.
Is my data private?
Yes. OPTIC has no accounts and no server. Your workouts, notes, and stats stay on your device and in Apple Health, and camera video is processed live — never recorded, stored, or transmitted. See our Privacy Policy for the details.
How does form tracking work?
Point your iPhone camera at yourself and OPTIC overlays a lime skeleton in real time, scoring each rep on the fly. It all runs on-device using the camera — nothing is uploaded.
How do I share a plan?
Every plan can be turned into a QR code. Show it to a friend and they can scan it in OPTIC to load the same plan instantly — no accounts or links required.
